Event Day Information

We are so excited to welcome you to the second annual Big Pink Benefit on Saturday, October 17! Thank you for joining us and supporting the mission of the Big Pink Bus, which provides life-saving mammograms to women across Central Texas.

To help you prepare for the event, we've included some helpful information below.

Event Information

  • Location: El Buen Samaritano, 7000 Woodhue Dr., Austin, TX 78745

  • Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Attire

Celebrate the morning in your favorite brunch-inspired attire. Floral prints, light and airy midi or maxi dresses, stylish jumpsuits, or a polished blazer paired with jeans are all great options. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a polo, button-down, or blazer. Most importantly, dress comfortably and enjoy a beautiful Saturday morning in support of a meaningful cause.

Traffic & Travel

While Austin traffic is typically lighter on Saturday mornings, please allow extra travel time as the Texas Longhorns take on the Florida Gators with an 11:00 a.m. kickoff. You may experience delays, particularly when traveling near downtown Austin.

Parking

Upon arrival at El Buen Samaritano, event parking will be located immediately to the right of the roundabout. Overflow parking will also be available in the rear parking lots.

Please do not park in the roundabout, as that area will be reserved for the Big Pink Bus.

Check-In & Registration

When you arrive, head toward the green building located next to the roundabout and follow the event signage to the main entrance.

Once inside, our team will be ready to welcome you. No physical ticket is required. Simply provide your name at check-in, and we will locate your reservation.
